Training will be held @ Long Run Park in Jefferson County this Saturday at 7:00 PM
Directions from Lexington
take 64 west to the Simpsonville Exit
turn right of that exit & go until it ends, which it ends on US 60,
Turn left on US 60 go West on 60 into Jefferson County until you get to Flat Rock road which will be on the right.
Turn right on flat rock & go down 3-4 miles & look for the Park enterance on the right.
The turn off for the park enterance is just prior to Long Run golf course.
when you get into the park stay to the left & we will meet up at the Basketball court.
